Finally, things were starting to fall into place! It felt like we'd been scrambling for a while, but now we were definitely back on track. Casper was an absolute machine. He dove headfirst into learning the business, really getting to grips with it from the inside out. I was genuinely impressed by how much he'd absorbed already. Seriously, I had a good feeling that in just a couple of months, he'd be totally owning his role as the director at Veridian.
