Chapter 17

-Ambrose P.O.V.-

After making love to my mate, we spent the next 3 hours in bed as we just cuddled into each other while learning new things about the other. I was loving the feeling of having my mate within my arms and I couldn’t wait for the day that she would be moving in. I looked down at her sleeping self as I softly brought a hand up to brush some of her hair out of her face. She had the most beautiful red/brown hair as it just went a little bit below her shoulders. Her eyebrows were thick but thin as they were a light brown color which fit nicely with her eyes. They were a bright hazel color with a deep red outer circle. It makes me believe that once she is changed into a wolf that she will be a special one due to how her eyes are already unique.

I trace a finger down her cheek and to her neck. Her face is a nice roundish shape that fits her whole body really well. I let my finger trail down and over her collarbone before trailing it over to her left arm. I continued to trail it all the way down making sure that I memorized all of her tattoos. Her left arm was covered with tattoos as her right arm was only a half-sleeve. She also had tattoos on both legs as well. I moved my finger back over to her collarbone as I slowly moved it around her bre*st. Her bre*sts were nice and full as they fit perfectly within my hands. I moved my finger lower as I traced it down her stomach. She was a skinny woman as she had a little belly on her, but I loved that she wasn’t a skinny-mini. She also had these thick thighs that I just wanted wrapped around my head as I ate out her dripping pu**y.

I growled at the thought of eating her juicy cave. I leaned forward and latched my mouth onto her mate mark causing her to stir. I licked her mark causing my gorgeous mate to moan.

“Ambrose..” I hear those sweet words moan from her mouth.

I growl as I pull away so I can look into her eyes. “Baby girl.” I go to kiss her but she springs out of the bed causing me to growl louder. “What are you doing, baby girl?”

She shyly smiles as she slowly backs up causing me to rise from the bed. “I promised to spend some time with Nathan...so...I need to get ready.”

I don’t get to respond as she runs off to the bathroom. I smirk as I fling the covers off of me and I jump out of the bed just in time to hear water turning on. I take my time walking to the bathroom and when I finally make it, she is standing in front of the mirror, washing her face. I rip off my boxers before I step behind her. I press my hard c**k against her just as she dries her face off. She looks into my eyes through the mirror and I could see the l*st swimming in them.

“Baby girl.” I growl out.

“Ambrose.” She whispers out.

1 hour later…

I was currently sitting in my office getting some work done while my mate was with Nathan. Nathan squealed upon getting to spend some time with her as he said they were going to be best friends. I just shook my head at his excitement before leaving them to it. I was in the middle of going over our pack funds when my Beta came strutting into my office.

“Do you not knock anymore?” I joked as I looked up from my paperwork.

“Yeah, yeah. So we need to speak.” He says before plopping down in one of my chairs, that was in front of my desk.

I drop my papers down on my desk before looking up to see Seth having a worried look on his face. “What is going on?” I ask him with furrowed brows.

He sighs before running a hand through his hair. “So, Jake didn’t want to join this pack without his sister, but then Crimson ended up being your mate...so that was worked out. But now he is worried about his brother Mack along with Mack’s mate, Tom.”

I cut him off. “What about Mack and Tom?” I am so confused.

“He is worried about what is going to happen to them when Crimson becomes Luna of this pack and Jake lives here with me. He doesn’t want to leave them behind.”

“Okay….they can join the pack and live here, if they want.” I say with a very confused tone and look on my face.

He snaps his gaze up to me. “What?” He asks rushed.

“What the hell is going on?” I finally ask him as I am so damn confused.

“Jake wasn’t going to move in with me without his family so I was worried as hell. I mean, he didn’t want to live somewhere without Crimson, but I got that, sure. But now it is Mack and Tom, I am at my wits end. It is like he is finding ways to not move in with me and it is driving me nuts.” Seth finally says with a deep sigh.

“That is all you had to f**king say instead of beating around the bush. I mean f**k dude.” I say as I lean back in my chair.

Seth goes to say something but my office door opens and I am admittedly filled with my mates scent. I smile as I stand up just as she enters. She smiles at me as she shuts the door before making her way over to me.

“Hello, Seth.” My mate says as she walks by him.

“Luna.” He says with a smile.

She just shakes her head before walking over to me and into my arms. I bend down a little bit as I wrap my arms around her. I place a soft kiss to her lips before I pull back while letting her rest her head on my chest, for a bit. We finally pull apart as I sit back down in my chair while pulling her into my lap.

“Alright, what is going on here? I could feel you through the mate bond.” My beautiful mate says as she places her hand on my chest. She then looks at Seth before looking back at me.

Seth goes wide-eyed and I just raise an eyebrow at him. “Well, go on and tell her.” I snap at Seth. I soon feel Crimson lay her hand on top of mine and it calms me down. The skin to skin contact instantly calms me down. I take a breath just when Seth begins to explain.

“Long story short...I am having trouble with Jake coming to live with me.” Now why couldn’t he have just said that to me. i***t.

“What do you mean? There should be no objection now that I am going to be living here.” My mate said with no hesitation causing me to wrap my arm tighter around her waist.

“That is what I thought, but now he is worried about Mack and Tom.” Seth says with a deep sigh.

“I will speak to him. Don’t worry, he will end up living here soon.” My mate said with nothing but seriousness in her tone.

Seth pipes up and looks at Crimson with a huge grin. “Seriously???”

Crimson just laughs as I shake my head with a smile. “Of course, Seth.”

“THANK YOU! BEST LUNA EVER!” Seth yells out before jumping up and running out of my office.

“And that is my beta.” I say while my mate just laughs her head off.
