Chapter 61
Santiago’s pov
Mamma and Sophia appeared around 10 am. I was happy that they brought Nicolás, even with all the worry about Valentina, I still missed him and worried that he wouldn't settle without us. It felt good to hold him and have him smile at me, so happy to see me.
Mamma and Sophia insist that I go home even if it is just to shower and to rest for a while. They are going to try and get Nicolás to latch on to Valentina for his next feed. They are hoping that Valentina feels him and comes back to us quicker. I am happy to try anything if it gets her to look at me again with those beautiful blue eyes.
I stay for a few more minutes, just making faces and noises to Nicolás, he blesses me with his magical giggles. It makes me smile for the first time since the call to Vale
