Emery’s POV
I sat in front of the room as Becca and some few other maids dolled me up. Today is not a happy day for me, as I have been angry since morning.
First, I overheard some maids saying how they prefer Kaiser’s lover over me and other nasty things, and secondly, Kaiser’s lover dares approach me.
Funny how she acts up in front of my mate while in reality she’s a dirty girl. I remembered her ranting about me being the fake Luna when in reality she’s the one and I’m just to act up while all the power is hers.
She was just so mean that her words hurt a lot, and when I saw her at the garden, I decided to take the bold step, knowing Kaiser would react the same way I wanted him to.
“Mi lady..sorry Luna” Becca quickly corrected, and I rolled my eyes.
