My beta, and some of my warriors sat in front of me, all deep in thought.
“What if it unleashes again?” Jason asked and I frowned.
“It won’t!” I said, doubting my words.
“I doubt that, the moon goddess wanted Lady Lilian for you and not someone from the Golden Mist Pack” My childhood friend Marcus said.
“Don’t be so sure Marcus” Beta Lucky said sitting straight.
“You seem to like her more than us, Lucky,” Marcus said, turning over to Lucky side.
Everyone has indeed been acting differently towards my mate, but Lucky has never done that. He’s always smiling and chatting with her like he doesn’t know what’s at stake.
