I must admit there are some benefits of being royal. One of them is that others pack your bags when you travel. The other one is that people expect you to be late when leaving. If you need a quickly from one of your mates before leaving him a couple of weeks, no one will bat an eye if it becomes more than a quick as the other mate joins in.
“Are you ready to leave Sam?” Rory asks as I step out of the bathroom and clean again. I wipe a few tears and run into Sam’s waiting arms for a last hug. I force myself to let go to walk to the awaiting car.
It’s only been a few days since our miracle happened. We have kept it a secret to protect the child. We don’t know enough at this moment. Maybe it’s safe already, but our little miracle might be hurt if the elves discover it.
