It’s been a month since we got Rive back. A month since Tristan took a bullet for River. A whole freaking month and they still haven’t woken up. Miguel has taken over as Alpha until River wakes up. I didn’t want to move her from the Obsidian Pack until she woke up. If anything happens, Yashira can use her powers. Gabriel has taken over the pack until his son wakes up again. Gabriel and Miguel have given the okay for our pack members to come and see their Alpha. Every day we get someone coming by to see River and I can see how much her pack loves her.
I hear a groan and my head snaps to the side. Tristan slowly opens his eyes only to wince and close them again. I use my vampire speed to turn down the lights.
“Try again”, I told him. He blinked a few times
