The sound of knocking at the door caught my attention and I hurried from the room, pulling on the blue sweater as it was getting chilly in the evenings. When I reached the door, I took a quick moment to collect myself before I opened the door. Silver stood there looking like a delicate rose. Her long thick red hair was tied up and laid neatly on one shoulder, her cheeks were naturally flushed as she wore no makeup. Her eyes looked bright and I glanced down at her outfit.
“Oh stop!” she said as she reached out and gently pushed me backward. I chuckled as I stepped back to let her in. She was wearing a long-sleeved cross over dark green dress that suited her perfectly. It was the first glimpse I had gotten of her long legs and I smiled as I closed the door.
