I got out of the shower and dried my body, wrapping the towel around my waist, so I could get finished cleaning up. Getting ready for my date night with Riley was taking a while, but I was taking my time to make sure I was perfect for her. Besides, I started to get ready with plenty of time before our reservation time, so I didn’t have to worry too much. Plus, Riley was in Averie’s room getting ready, so she wasn’t waiting for me to get in the bathroom.
After returning from shopping yesterday, Averie came to me alone and pressured me into telling her why I lied about having my wallet on me before lunch.
