The sound of Lydia’s insistent knocking echoed through the empty hallway of the apartment complex. The young lady barrelled right past Angelo when the door finally clicked open, much to the gangly cleric’s consternation. “Dia-what the void?!” Angelo squawked. “You could call first, you know.” “Yeah, we might have been busy!” Marlo called, grinning at her from where he was lazing on the sofa, his legs propped up on the coffee table. “Or getting busy, if you know what I mean.
