Chapter 73 Lines in the Sand (Andy’s POV) Jay’s office felt larger than life, with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the London skyline and its heavy oak desk dominating the room. Despite its grandeur, the space had an air of weariness to it, much like my brother these days. Jay sat behind the desk, his shirt sleeves rolled up, his tie discarded, and a stack of paperwork spread out before him. He looked up as I walked in, offering me a tired smile. “You look like hell,” I said, sitting across from him. “Thanks,” he muttered, rubbing his temples. “I’ve been juggling two empires, so forgive me if I don’t look like a magazine cover.” I leaned back in the chair, studying him.
