We arrived at the air strip in no time. Our bags were loaded onto the jet in a matter of seconds. The engine was already roaring ready to take flight. "Well I guess here is to relaxation before we take over the world" Brian said laughing. Somehow though to me he didn't seem like he was that far off in what he was saying. .Jade was eager to get on the jet and was pulling me on board as quickly as she could. The stewardess rewarded her with a dog biscuit as we got to the top of the stairs to enter. "Hello Princess Dream, I am Carmen and I will be your stewardess for the evening. The pilot said for me to let him know as soon as you all are seated and buckled so that we may get in the air" She said smiling handing me a cold coke and a pack of gum to chew during take off. we boarded as quickly as we could and got into our seats. Jade had her own seat as it turned out ready for her as well. She could safely be buckled in during take off. I placed her in the carrier seat and zipped her inside for take off. the back of it was buckled to the seat. "Do you know where we are going Carmen" I asked trying to get it out of her. "No mam. I was told I wasn't allowed to know because you would find out" she answered smiling at me. "Well there goes that idea"Gus said out loud. "Well guess wait it is then" Nathan said as the plane began to go down the run way for lift off. As soon as the unbuckle seat belt sign came on, I let Jade out of the carrier. I stood up to stretch my legs. Carmen came over handing the guys a poker deck along with chips. There was no way these guys were going to play poker without me. "Hey, I better have a hand dealt or I'm going to break the dealers" I said warning them. Zade handed my cards to me smiling. "We wouldn't forget you" he said. "You know how to play poker!" Nathan asked. I nodded my head. "She knows how to play to well. Now I guess we all know why. she can read our minds to see what cards we have" Brian said teasing. "I have never done that thank you, but now that you mention it, this game just got a lot easier" I told him teasingly. "No fair. you can't do that. That is cheating". Zade objected. "I'm not. I'm not a cheater" I said sticking my tongue out at Brian who laughed at me.
We played cards for a bit before the pilot got on the intercom. "If you guys will return to your seats we will be getting ready to land. I hope you all had a great flight and have some fun relaxing" He said. We went back to our seats and buckled up. I placed Jade back in her seat as well. I looked out of the window, but I couldn't see a thing. it was dark and the only lights were coming from the air strip. We landed smoothly and the jet came to a stop. We quickly unbuckled eager to see where we were.
We were met by an SUV as soon as we got off of the jet though. Our bags were already inside before we could get off of the plane. "Man your parents had this down to a science" Gus said laughing as he climbed inside. We were greeted by four warriors that were waiting for us. "Good Evening Queen Dream. It is our honor to be transporting you tonight. Please know there is a team of specialized warriors in their wolf form who will be surrounding the vehicle as we go for your safety. Not that you have anything to worry about here, but we still take the extra precautions just in case. We will be at the destination in about five minutes. Miss Jade these are for you" A warrior said handing Jade her favorite dog treats and a toy. "That would be the Luna's doing right there" Nathan announced laughing and shaking his head at a very spoiled Jade. "If she spoils Jade this much, just imagine what she will do with your children" Brian said. Nathan and I both stared at him. "Well she will do the same if you three have children too so ha!" I told him. "You heard the doctor and the Elder. We are not going to get mates. It's just the way this works" Zade answered sounding a little sad. At that moment I felt really bad. I hated that this would be the life they had and they didn't get a choice in it at all. "Dont even think like that Dream. You know we would have chosen to stay with you if we did" Gus said cutting out my train of thought. The vehicle stopped and the doors were opened. When we stepped out we were in front of this luxurious hotel and spa. "Welcome to Dream's Paradise" The driver announced. Everyone turned and stared at me. "WHAT?" I asked them as if I had anything to do with any of this. We were shown inside where we were greeted by a team of different people. They quickly grabbed our bags. One attempted to take Jade's leash but was met with a very scary growl from a little wolf puppy. "Well aren't you a cute little thing" the woman said reaching down to pet Jade before we could warn her. Jade chomped down on her hand. "Ouch you little mutt!" She yelled as she tried to kick Jade. I grabbed the woman's foot before she even realized it she was landing in her butt with me still holding her foot threatening to snap it in half. ""GET ME THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE NOW!" I yelled still holding the woman's foot. Yes Jade had bitten her but she shouldn't have even tried to pet her without asking first. Still that gave her absolutely no reason to kick at her or call her a mutt. I looked up to see the workers staring at me. "I said get me the owner NOW! PLEASE" I added. One spoke up "Mam you are the owner of this place" She said quietly. I was shocked. How did I own something like this and why was I not told before now that I owned a place like this. I looked at the woman. "Collect your things and leave immediately. you do not kick at anyone's pet especially if you do not know what that pet is. you are lucky the only thing you do have is a bitten hand instead of a broken foot to go along with it." I said as I threw her leg down. "Please see to it that she is escorted off of this property and banned for good" I told a warrior standing there. "Yes mam as you wish" he answered taking her to the doors. I picked up Jade and rubbed her. "Now Jade no more biting people please. We are here to relax, not to make someone a chew toy" I told her. I saw as Gus and Brian looked at their bitten hands. "Why couldn't you have told her that before now?" They asked. I laughed at them. You two are the idiots who keep teasing her and trying to take her toys. What do you expect her to do?" I asked as a man came to show us to our rooms.
