I looked over at Zade who for once was actually smiling again. A real smile. One of actual happiness. He ran over and hugged me. “I never imagined that I would be happy that she is finally out of our lives. This time for good. There will be no waiting to turn the corner to find her there waiting for us. “ he said honestly. Even Alpha Jack looked happier and more alive. His smile had returned and he also stood up straighter than ever now. I was scared to look at my mother and grandmother. I could only imagine how they were feeling. And my poor uncle Andrew, I didn’t know he would even survive the break of a mate. With him not looking so well to begin with and with all of the information he found out about his parents, it was a wonder how he still got up in the morning. “We are very proud of you Dream. You were able to channel your emotions and control your powers. You were even able to use your emotions as a power which is a gift I have never seen or that either one of us possess. “ my mother and Grandmother came over telling me. They both hugged me. “It’s great not having to constantly worry if she is OK, or if she had hurt or killed anyone else. I didn’t know how much I actually worried about her welfare until now” my grandmother Isabella said. Instead of tears they were smiling. The pack as a whole seemed more happier and at ease. It was hard to believe that one person could do that much damage and cause so much hurt and anger. Now it was gone. Elder Micah walked over to me “Well you faced your worse fear in life so far and you conquered it along with the first part of your destiny fulfilled. “ he explained. “What, how was she a part of my destiny” I asked confused. “That is simple, because you have to learn to conquer your fears before they conquer you.You have to be able to do that so that you may take the next road of your destined path” he answered smiling “So does it get easier than this” I asked hoping he would say yes. “Not a chance. Sorry, but it will only get harder as time goes on and you reach other things you must learn to conquer to move on. “ he told me. I sighed. I already knew he was going to say that. I just shook head trying not to think of how things could get worse. “Dream you look absolutely amazing. Have you looked in the mirror” Nathan asked as he walked over to us, pulling me into his arms for a kiss. “If this is your way of making up from earlier and restarting, it’s working” I said giggling. “no, I am Serious, look” he said pointing to our reflection in the mirrors. I could not believe what I saw as I looked in the mirror All of my scars were gone. Absolutely all of them. They were not just faded like they had with the cream, bit they were actually gone. Not even a raised area where they were. Nothing. “Thank you Moon Goddess” I whispered looking up to the sky. “You are very welcome Dream” She whispered back to me Just as my father promised, when the trials were over and we returned to the pack house, we found our bags packed at the door. "Is this your way of kicking us out" I asked my father as we walked in and saw the bags. He laughed and pulled me into a hug. 'No, this is me keeping my promise to the five of you plus Marcus on a job well done. Now it is time for your reward. You have two days of relaxation before you will come back and things will start with the palace. I wish it were more, but time is not on our side at the moment unfortunately. Now the jet is ready for you all, so get in the trucks and it's time to go" he said. "Wait I need to check on Agatha and the newborns, plus what about Jade and Zillow. I can't just up and leave my responsibilities. I rescued them, I don't want to abandon them now" I said suddenly protesting. "Dream, Jade will be going with you, I have her ready as well. Zillow hasn't left Agatha's side so he will be ok as well. Plus your grandmother has agreed to keep watch over all of them while you are gone and she will link you if there are any problems" My mother said as she handed me Jade's leash. Sure enough Jade was ready to go. I saw her dog bed and toys in her own bag embroidered with JADE. I didn't know what to say. I also didn't have any time to think about it as my bags were quickly loaded and my parents were shoving us out of the door. "Where are we going?" I YELLED out asking. "You will see when you get there" my parents said as they waved goodbye. "Is it just me or did they want us out of there mighty quick? They are up to something " Zade said as he looked at me strangely. "I had nothing to do with whatever they are planning. I'm just as clueless as you are " I reminded him. "Well can't you read their minds" Gus asked wondering. "Not this far. That's probably why it was such a rush so I wouldn't have time to even think about doing that" I answered as I rubbed Jade. She was just as happy riding and sniffing everything.
