As I led the warriors and the rest to the address of the witch's home, my heart races. I hoped we would get therein time. Star was running as fast as she could. We were ahead of the others but I didn’t have time to spare if we were going to save any of them. Zade was behind me followed by Nathan, Gus, and Brian. Marcus was leading the warriors as fast as he could get them to go. Nothing stood I the way of my wolf as she easily leaped over trees, or anything else she needed to. As we came upon the witch's house we all stopped at the wood line. Star gave me control and shifted. I reached for the pendant to make certain that it was still there. I hoped this thing knew how to work itself because I sure did not know. Nathan and 5he other guys stayed in their wolf form. The four of them surrounded me as we walked out of the woods. Everything seemed to be normal. Nothing that screamed a blood witch lived there. THERE were no black cats, or big black pots with green ooze boiling. The house looked simple. The type of home that little old ladies lived in. Flowers were planted neatly and the yard was trimmed nice. I walked up to the door stepping in front of the wolves. There was just no room for them as well. I opened the unlocked door and carefully stepped inside calling out of anyone was there. No answer of course. Nathan came in after he and the guys shifted. They carefully checked the rooms before allowing me to enter the rooms. They were suddenly stopped from going any further. It was like hitting a glass wall. I stepped in front of them. The pendant began to glow and so did the wall. A hidden door appeared. I reached down and carefully turned the know. The door opened revealing the back yard. I yelled for the others as I took off running to what was laying in the middle of the yard barely breathing. I linked Marcus. “I Need THE VET HERE NOW. SHE IS DYING. HURRY!” I screamed through the link. I yelled for Brian and gus to bring the water hose and for Nathan and Zade to try to find some food. It was Zillow’smother and she was fading quickly. It seemed like time stood still as I approached the dragon. She barely had the strength to open her eyes. I looked at the shackles that were chained to her feet and her neck. The metal had begun to cut into her skin and began embedding. I could not just remove them. It would be to risky that she would bleed out I rubbed her head and began to talk to her. Her eyes stared a me but she didn’t try to move. Brian and Gus came running with the hose and buckets. I decided to skip the buckets as I placed the hose into the dragons mouth and slowly began to spray the water to make sure she could swallow and not drown herself. She started lapping the water immediately. ‘Hold on girl, the vet is on the way” I told her as I pet her. I heard the sounds of feet running through the house. I knew Marcus had arrived with the vet. “She needs major help doc” I yelled to the vet. He grabbed his bag from the warriors and came running. “GET something to cut these chains but leave the collars on. DON’T TRY TO REMOVE THEM” he ordered the warriors. “I have her Dream if you want to search for more. Other vets are on the way and should be here any minute” he informed me. “You will be OK. We are going to take care of you girl” I told the dragon as I ran to help the others look. They were unable to get in buildings without me and the necklace. Nathan and I ran to the closest building. As we opened the door the smell of rotting flesh hit us. “Here Zade, take this and go open another building, when you open that one pass the necklace to Gus or Brian and then you two continue to pass until Marcus. The necklace is not to go any further than marcus” I told them. Zade nodded as he took the necklace. He and the others ran to the other buildings as Nathan and I went into the first one. I had to place a towel over my face to keep the smell down to almost bearable. I found the mass grave that was in my vision. It was as bad now as it was in my vision. Dead creatures were piled on top of each other. There were more dead in the cages they were locked in. Tears ran down my face as I looked at all of the little baby newborn creatures that laid there cold and dead I heard the faintest of whimpers coming from a back corner. At first I thought was hearing something. But something told me I needed to check it out. I went over to the corner of where I thought I had heard the whimper, but it had stopped. There were cages that were empty and cages with dead creatures along with boxes and papers stacked up. I began just tossing the stuff to the side as I knew that this was the area I had heard it. Then I found an amazing sight that I never would have dreamt that I would find in there.
