Chapter Seventy Three          Unwelcome Visitor I can hear the shower turning off, as I wait in bed for Helena, today has been a good day. After her small sunshine picture, and eating loads of food, she was able to hold the children a lot more, and only recoiled and froze three times when they got a little too close to her face. I am so proud of her, days like these are to be treasured, because I know she may fall into darkness again, such is the healing process.
