After two hours, I turned off my computer and grabbed my phone. I wanted to go get some roses for Elena. I know she loves roses. I grabbed my jacket and keys to my challenger. As I walked out the office, I saw my mom. She looked at my jacket, then at my keys. She opened her mouth to say something but she wasn’t going to stop me from going out.
“Not tonight mom. Love ya. Bye” I said and walked out the front door, ignoring her calling out to me. I got in my car, revved the engine, and made my way to a flower shop nearby. Once I have the dozen roses I wanted, I stop at a store and grab her favorite chocolate. Ferrero Rocher milk chocolate.
