"So, how's your life now? Mas pumogi ka pa ngayon ha. Mas makisig, mas tumangkad, mas maputi at mas firm ang lahat sa iyo. At saka sa hitsura mo pa lang, mukhang malayo na ang narating mo? You're already successful. Am i right?" she said while still observing my appearance from head to toe.
"I'll accept that as a compliment, but ... I haven't been successful yet, as you are saying to me right now," I answered while still smiling at her.
We're now in a restaurant that is open to everyone. I just chose to stay outside so I can enjoy the surroundings here in Chicago as well. Isa pa, summer ngayon at hindi naman malamig sa lugar na ito. Saka ko na lang siguro dadalhin dito ang mag-ina ko kung winter. I'm sure, mag-i-enjoy sila dito.
