*Caine POV*
Anders was leaning over the guard he had punched to the ground with his fist pulled back, ready to hit him again. "I want to know what the hêll is going on. NOW!"
"Kyle instructed us that he had been placed in charge of the well-being of your daughter and those two men." The guard says, pointing towards Bryson and me, "He said that they were supposed to stay in their rooms and be kept sedated until we were given further instructions."
"And where in the fûck is my daughter now?" Anders growls with frustration. "Kyle told us he was taking her and her cousins to school. He said it was approved by you, sir." The guard stammered out.
"I didn't approve any such thing with my daughter or the handling of these two young men. As of now, they are to be left alone. Do I make myself clear?" Anders says with a low and cruel tone.
"Yes, sir. Very clear." The guard says as he winces from the pain radiating from his face. Anders turned to us and placed his hands over our shoulders. "We need to find my daughter. Now." Bryson and I nodded our heads in agreement.
"We will find her, I promise you that." Bryson said sternly. "I know you will, son, I know. I am going to make dâmned sure of it. Now, let's get the ball rolling." Anders said with a determined tone.
*Jade POV*
Once classes were finished, I tried to call Jenna and Declan, but their phones went straight to voice-mail. Ugh. How frustrating. What's the point of having a dâmned phone if you don't ever answer it? I walk in the direction from earlier and spot my dad's SUV. Kyle is standing beside it, looking around nervously until he spots me.
His shoulders sag with relief, and he rushes toward me. Did something happen? "Thank God, you're okay. I was worried sick about you. Come on, we got to head out." He wraps his arm around my waist and tries to gently pull me toward the SUV.
"Kyle? Why the hêll are you grabbing me? Where are my cousins? We can't just leave them here vulnerable." I snapped out.
"They left already. We have to go. NOW." He gritted out. "They wouldn't leave me like that." I said, swallowing hard. "Are you sure about that? They seemed to leave you so easily this morning. They had more important things to do. Don't worry, though, baby. I'm going to take good care of you from now on." Kyle said eerily low.
"What are you -" I started to say but suddenly a cloth was covering my nose and mouth. I tried to fight Kyle, but my body suddenly felt so heavy, and my eyes began to close. "Don't fight, my love. Just let go. I got you now." Kyle whispers in my ear, and then my body goes limp, and everything goes black.
*Kyle POV*
At last. I finally have her to myself. I didn't want to do things this way, but she left me no choice. She defended them. She wanted them. I will never let them have her. She was fûcking MINE. I pocketed the cloth I had soaked with chloroform and the small vial.
I quickly opened the backdoor and gently placed Jade on the backseat. I quickly dug through her pockets and found her phone, and then smashed it on the ground with heavy force. I drop her bag with her labtop and books to the side of the sidewalk. I will not leave any way for them to find us.
I closed her door and rushed to my side to get in. I already pulled the tracker from this vehicle earlier. I can't take any chances of losing her. I started the SUV and headed towards the road. I noticed Declan and Jenna waving their hands frantically to get my attention. FÛCK.
I was hoping to leave before they saw me. Now they have a time of me leaving. I ignored them and kept my eyes on the road. I will not give in.
*Bryson POV*
"ANDERS!" Tommy yelled out. "I'M IN MY OFFICE, UNCLE TOMMY." Anders yelled back.
Tommy came barging through the office door.
"I just got off the phone with my children." He growled with frustration, "Kyle left them there at the school and took off with Jade. What the fûck is going on?"
"WHAT?" Anders said
Caine and I exchanged glances. I didn't like this one bit.
Something was wrong.
"Jenna told me that Jade's phone was smashed on the ground in pieces, and her satchel with her labtop and books were tossed to the sidewalk." Tommy said as he slammed his hands down on the desk in anger.
"That motherfûcker took my daughter and thinks he can get away with this? We need to find her, and we need to make that fûcker pay for touching her. I tried the tracker on the SUV he took, but it is offline. He knew what he was doing." Anders growls angrily, "Let me call (name of tech) and have him run the license plate on all the cameras all over town. If anyone can get a hit on Kyle, it's him."
"Caine and I are going to head out and see if we can find her. I can't just sit here and do nothing while that bâstard has our princess." I growled viciously.
Anders falls into his chair and leans over as he grabs his hair with desperation. "We will find her Anders." I said firmly, "No one is going to take Jade away."
"We have to find her, or my husband and wife will never be able to live with themselves if something happened to our daughter. I would lose my mind. She's everything to us." Anders choked out as he clenched his fists tightly, "Jackson would never survive if his little Gem... I... I... GODDÂMMIT. Why? Why does everything seem to happen to my family?"
Anders began breathing heavily, and his whole body began trembling with so much anger.
"I'm coming with you. Everyone knows who the fûck I am and will know not to fûck around. Uncle Tommy, I need you to tell my father to sit in for me here until we get back. We need to find my baby," Anders said, standing up from his chair and pulling out two boxes from his desk, "Here, I bought these phones for you both. If I ever need to contact you, at least we know your father can't trace them. Uncle Tommy, I need you to keep looking for anything we might have missed here. I can't show any weakness from this end. If I give anyone here an inch, they may take a mile."
"You got it, Anders. I will take it from here. Go get my children and your baby back. Your father and I will take care of everything else." Tommy said with a firm tone.
"One more thing," Anders said with a cold and dangerous tone, "Kyle is mine. Do you understand me? That motherfûcker is mine."
"Of course, Anders, we wouldn't have it any other way." I said as I grabbed the boxes from his hand and turned to my best friend, handing him his. "Come on. It's time for us to get our princess back."
