The moment I showed up in Allison’s dorm room, pizza in hand and mentally debating between two movies to watch tonight, I knew something was wrong. I’d stepped inside and instantly felt the change in atmosphere. Even without my superhero senses, I would have known she’d called me here tonight for more than a date night.
