Looking at Seraphina, who had suddenly moved away from him, my eyes darkened a few shades. I immediately stood up, the distance between us feeling like a chasm.
"I just happened to be passing by your offices, so I came over to take a look," Talia said with a frown, her tone laced with accusation. Her sharp gaze moved between Seraphina and me, reading the tension in the air.
"Brother, did you bully Sera?"
I remained silent, my jaw clenched. How could I explain that I had been claiming my mate, not bullying her?
