As evening fell, the Silverwood Pack driver took us sisters to the annual summit. The Blackwood Pack' annual summit was held at one of its five-star neutral-ground hotels, The Sovereign's Retreat.
It wasn't as luxurious as some exclusive pack venues, but it was still grand and befitting the Alpha King's corporate empire. The towering glass facade gleamed under the moonlight, and elegant banners bearing the Blackwood crest fluttered in the evening breeze.
