After Alpha Cain introduced himself and ensured I was cared for, he left me alone. All signs were pointing for me to run for it, but I had no clue why. Not to mention the way he touched me made my skin crawl. It was worse than when my uncle would touch me back then. Aurora would not leave me alone about getting out of this place, but I had first to find a way to make a living for myself in the city. It won’t be easy living without sight or amongst humans, but I will have to make it work. It wouldn’t hurt to try and make it work with this pack. Maybe, we were too quick to judge this Alpha.
