The actual wedding exceeded my expectations. Oliver was able to arrange it through Charles in only a couple of hours. We were married the next day. I was giddy the whole time. I told myself it’s from excitement. I can’t believe Oliver actually asked. I was hesitant when he went on his knees. I had the urge to run. But when I saw the rings, I knew he did think of me and what he declared to me were true.
It was truly simple, which fits my personality. We went to this dress shop for a white dress, which we had fun choosing. There were white and purple flowers all around the chapel. Red petals and white candles on the aisle. The ambiance does feel romantic. The ceremony was practically short. To me, it was the vows that made it special. It was done in under thirty minutes.
