Kyla stretched out after a few hours of fitful sleep, looking at the clock she saw it was three am. Placing her feet on the floor, she got out of bed slowly so that she did not wake Kermit up. They needed to talk, and although she understood that Woof had to be everyone’s priority right now, she could not shake the feeling of betrayal due to the distance that Kermit had placed between them.
