Amanda got a feeling in the pit of her stomach that it was time, she looked over at Luke, who was preparing breakfast.
“It’s time,” she whispered. At first, she thought he hadn’t heard her as he continued to fry the bacon but when she felt the first contraction, he must’ve realized because he switched off the gas and rushed over to her.
