After waiting for more than an hour, Zaiden finally lost all his patience.
With his heavy heart, he got on his feet instructing, “let’s leave.”
“Okay!” Kai nodded and prepared to leave.
Taking a few steps, suddenly the airport echoed with the announcement, “Mr. Zany, your bully is here for your service. Wherever you are, come and get him.”
Hearing it, Zaiden came to halt. His lips twitched to the side revealing the cold smile which was probably not visible due to the mask. He gasped in relief feeling like the desert burning in sunlight finally getting its first rainfall.
Standing behind him, Kai scanned around mumbling, “What type of foolish announcement is that? Who would ever do that?”
Zaiden said nothing and kept on standing still. His left hand tucked on his hand pocket and right hand tapping his tight, he was lost in thought.
“Zaiden, I think we should get going. We are already late,” Kai suggested from behind.
Nonchalantly, Zaiden turned to him and said, “Go and get the plane ready. I will be back in a minute.”
“But…” Kai tried to stop him.
“Don’t worry I will be back in no second,” he said and walked away.
“Seeing him getting more and more mysterious, I am regretting hiring Leo,” mumbling to himself Kai watched Zaiden getting lost in the crowd.
Walking towards the control room, Zaiden encountered Leo standing by the door. He was scanning around the area, probably looking out for someone sent by Zaiden to get him.
But with every passing second, he was growing nervous. “Did he leave already? Did my effort all go in vain?” Leo mused, running his finger on his hair.
Suddenly a man wearing a cap and mask approached him. Not recognizing Zaiden, Leo turned to the other side trying to ignore him. But Zaiden walked to the other side and stood in front of him.
Leo rolled his eyes and again turned away. Zaiden was fad up. So he inhaled deeply and grasped his wrist.
“Hey! Man, what are you doing? Leave!” Leo tried to pull back but he was astounded seeing the force of Zaiden. “Who? Who are you?” he stammered, yet he didn’t get any answer.
Zaiden dragged Leo to the washroom and then looking around slammed the door hard.
“What are you doing man?” Leo tried to walk away but Zaiden pulled him again.
“I am telling you, let me go. Or else you will regret,” in a threatening voice, Leo said.
But Zaiden stood folding his arms. As Leo tried to walk past him, he blocked his way.
“Fine!” Leo rolled his eyes in rage and clenching his fist threw it towards his face.
Zaiden grasped his fist in his palm. Leo tried to pull away from his hand but was dumbfounded by his tight grip.
“Who? Who are you?” he stammered, narrowing his eyes.
Zaiden let go of his hand and grabbing his arms, pinned him on the door.
“What... What is with you, man? What do you want?” Leo stammered looking at his blue eyes.
Slowly, Zaiden pulled down his mask. Seeing him Leo's heart was at ease.
“Zany, it is you. You should have just told me it’s you. Wow! I must say you are so good at disguising yourself. I wonder why you need a bodyguard like me,” he mumbled, trying to break free from his grip.
But Zaiden kept on gripping him firmly.
“Let… let me go, Zany. Or else people might misunderstand us. And that is not a good thing for your career, isn’t it? As your bodyguard I have to take care of it, isn’t it?” he tried to convince him, trying to peel off his hand.
Gripping him more tightly, Zandian glanced deep into his eyes before saying, “I told you not to use that name, haven’t I? Why did you still make that announcement? Are you trying to mess with me?”
“No, no… you are taking it wrong.” Giving a silly smile, he mumbled, “I just had no other option.”
“What do you mean?” Zaiden knitted his brows.
“If I had taken your real name then do you think you could come to me like this? Your fans would have already blocked your way, wouldn't it?” Taking the chance of him hearing him with full attention, Leo freed himself from his grip and slipped away.
Then stepping away from him, he continued, “so being your bodyguard it is my responsibility to keep low guard. I was just doing my duty that is all.”
“You should have just given me a call. Why are you so dumb?” he questioned.
Moving his index finger right to left, Leo said, “no, no, you got it wrong. If I was dumb then I would have never got through the interview.” Shoving his hand in his pocket, he took his cell phone out and showed it to him, adding, “My phone is out of battery. Anyway, now we meet each other, let's not delay and leave.”
He turned and paced towards the door, but Zaiden pulled him again and pinned him on the door. Then leaning his face close to his, he stared at him. Leo gulped hard gazing at his cold face.
His heart was running wild and chills were sent down to his spine. He had no idea if Zaiden was purposely getting close to him or it was just his intention to scare him. No matter what it was but the more his warm breath was falling on his face, the more he was getting chills.
“What… What are you doing?” Finally, after some while, Leo was able to manage to stammer some words.
In a cold tone, he replied, “this is the last time you are using that name. If you use it again then no one can save you from me.”
Leo nodded hastily so that he would move away but to his surprise, Zaiden kept on staring at him with his cold eyes. His throat started to dry making him gulp hard. Suddenly he winced when Zaiden’s phone rang.
Taking the chance Leo mumbled, “your phone is ringing.”
Rolling his eyes, Zaiden stepped back and plunged his hand in his pocket before pulling out his cell phone.
“Yeah! We are on our way,” said Zaiden, tucking his phone on his ear and pulling up his mask.
Then he stepped out of the washroom leaving Leo behind. Soon after he left, Leo held his throbbing heart and sighed.
“God, why is he so scary?” he mumbled to himself, adjusting his coat and then wiping the sweat from his forehead, he walked outside.
Keeping some distance Leo was following Zaiden. Suddenly a girl walked past him brushing her shoulder against him. Strangely, she didn’t bother to turn and apologize.
Finding it strange, Leo watched her narrowing his eyes. When he moved his gaze away from her, his eyes fell on a boy standing in the opposite direction. He nodded at her as if he was hinting something to her.
Leo was trying to figure out what they were up to when suddenly he noticed her shoving her hand inside her side bag. Then when she was about to approach Zaiden, he took an injection out. His eyes widened in shock, as she walked behind Zaiden and aimed the needle of the injection toward him.
