~ HUNTER’s POV ~   “You sure you’ll be okay driving in this weather?” I asked as Maia and I walked to her car. I was holding onto an umbrella, making sure she didn’t get rained on again. Maia was holding onto her keys, playing around with it.   “I’ll be fine,” she smiled reassuringly. “The rain’s almost stopped anyway,”   Just as she was about to reach for her car door, I stepped forward and blocked her way, saying, “You can also stay here for one night and drive back tomorrow?”   Maia looked up at me and smiled. Shaking her head a little, she said, “It’s hard enough leaving you like this.
