Watching the Redwood pack move into the Lunar pack grounds makes Circe feel as if she’s finally accomplished something. After everything that’s gone wrong, to finally be able to really help someone is giving her hope for the future.
Alpha Stephan gladly handed over his claim to Circe to run his pack, saying that he was getting too old to truly protect them. Circe can swear she saw relief flash over his face when he told her what his pack had decided.
It will be a tight fit for a couple of weeks, but with the extra hands, it shouldn’t take too long to get the pack house upgraded to provide for everyone. Introductions between the elders take place, and it’s more a meeting of old friends than an official handover.
