(Sky’s POV)
“Our pups are perfect.” I said, as I looked up at Dimitri. Both pups were nursing, and I don’t think Dimitri, or I could get enough of them. Only Ty and Lilian have been allowed within the room for the last fifteen hours. We wanted to bond with them before everyone else met them. Lilian conducted the typical newborn pup screening, and we are still waiting to hear from her about them. Not that anything would come back concerning. They stare at us, maybe too intensely, they follow our voices, and they look healthy in general. She did blood work for genetic testing because of me being half witch.
‘Xeraphina looks special.... different.’ Angel said with concern. I could feel her thoughts racing, as if she feared for our little girl.
