“I’ll be okay, I just need to focus on the precious gift of time I get to spend with her and with Frank. I loved him the from first time she brought him home” she smiled sadly.
“More of my favorite people!” Lucky exclaimed when he opened the door. “You doing okay, Grandma Helena? That scene at the store was brutal to watch.”
“How’d you know it was me?” Helena drew her head back in shock.
“Faye’s have a very sweet smell” he touched the tip of his nose.
“Did you know that?” I asked Suke.
