It was Wednesday morning which had always been my favorite day of the week since it was relatively relaxed at the firm . Sure there were still handfuls of paperwork and document processing to carry out but clients just did not seem to want to draw up meetings on Tuesday . Of course , there were times when this theory had been proved wrong and the firm was chaotic but , nine out of ten times , it was pretty relaxed .
I gathered my phone and black bag from the passenger side of my car and got out . The gun metal grey shirt that was tucked into my white pants had bulged so I quickly readjusted it . Frumpy clothing did not come of as profession or fitted the image of my firm and I was relieved that no one was around to see me readjust my clothes before I got going into the firm .
