The incessant vibrating of my phone rattle the bed side table and echoes in annoying loudness demanding the attention of anyone within so much as even a room away . I groaned and felt Nicholas shuffle behind me , disturbed by the nuisance as well . I wiggled closer to my bedside table but I was incapable of opening my eyes .
Nicholas reached out to grab my bare waist and pull me back to him . The vibration had stopped and I didn' t understand until then how I could feel the buzzing in my brain . Whoever it was that is trying to contact me would simply have to wait until I am a functioning human being for the day .
Deciding to not worry about it too much since it had stopped , I settled against the mattress of the bed again with my back pressed against Nicholas . He was semi - awake . S
