Mystic was shaking. She couldn’t believe that her sister was standing right there in front of her. Mae looked shocked too. She stared at her sister with shock shining from her eyes.
It’s me, Mystic wanted to say, but her mouth wouldn’t move. She moved to close the gap between her and her sister and pulled her into a tight hug. Her body was a little cold, making her whimper. She could have been dead. Mystic shook her head at that thought. She shouldn’t be thinking like that. Her sister was alive and well, that was all that counted. She pulled back, and touched her hair that was so much like her own.
