_Alyssa's POV_ The next morning, I woke up early. The soft light of dawn was filtering through the curtains as I slipped out of bed, careful not to disturb Logan. He was still sleeping soundly, his arm draped over my side. I smiled at how peaceful he looked, but the thought of the day ahead weighed on me. There was so much we needed to do. I headed to the bathroom and turned on the shower. The water was warm, soothing the tension that had already started to build in my shoulders.
