WHEN Jazmin opened her eyes, she was inside a wooden cage, guarded by several guards. She looked around and found out that she was in unfamiliar surroundings. They were in a clearing and saw the tents nearby. From where she was imprisoned, she saw a group of warriors, busy with their training. “You’re awake.” Jazmin looked at the man who approached her. “Who are you?” “My cousin didn’t tell you about me?” the man grinned. Jazmin frowned. “Cousin?” she asked. She suddenly remembered the cousin that Ezequiel had mentioned to her before. “You’re Prince Easton?” Easton smiled. “Glad that you know me.” “I’m not glad to see you.” Easton laughed. “You have a sharp tongue, Luna Queen.” “Thank you. I’ll take that as a compliment,” said Jazmin, leaning into the cage. Easton crouched down.
