ONE MORNING, Ezequiel was so busy that he didn’t have time to prepare breakfast for Jazmin and Ace, so he told the chef to make a delicious breakfast. Last night, he went to patrol around the border with his pack warriors. And now, early in the morning, he was in his study hall and reviewing all the documents he had received. Most of the letters and scrolls he received were complaints and problems. Sighing, the Alpha King was so focused on his work that he didn’t notice someone had entered the hall. “Your Majesty.” Ezequiel looked up and saw Elder Aurelius. He slightly bowed his head. “Elder,” he greeted, and continued reading the scroll in his hand. “I heard your mate and your son were already here.” Ezequiel didn’t deny it. “Yes, they are here, Elder.” Elder Aurelius sighed.
