Needless to say, the what was supposed to be a celebratory vacation for my father was a little less celebratory, and a little more prone for the dramatics of my life. Ever since Elijah had found out about his parents, and how my mother was his fathers first love, who he discarded so harshly, put things into perspective for him.
He was determined to carve his own path, away from his father and his money. Noah and Allison were worried about him and honestly, so was I. I know a lot transpired between him and his dad but whenever I asked about what happened, he would immediately change the subject. I don't know why he was hiding it from me but I decided to drop it.
