The sound of the door knob being twisted, the pounding on the door, my sister yelling my name over and over, all mixed with Emilia trying to get my sister to back off a moment, along with the knowledge I had left the small window over the kitchen sink open and there was no way my sister and Emilia couldn’t hear what Goose and I was doing. All of that was throwing me off a little, and I lost focus, losing our rhythm while trying not to be so loud. Grunting Goose pulled me off the couch, turning us until I was lying on the floor, and he was over me. Using one hand, he held himself up so he didn’t crush me. His other hand gripped my face, holding me in place so I couldn’t look away from him. All other movement had stopped as he left himself buried inside of me.
“You want me to stop?”
Shaking my head as best I could with his hold on me, I refocused my attention on him, letting everything else drown out and become background noise.
“Good.”
Moving his hips again, he continued to keep eye contact with me as we found our rhythm together again. His hand never left my face helping to hold my attention as he leaned farther over my, his lips ghosting against my skin until they were right next to my ear his breath fanning over my skin as he whispered into my ear making me forget all the sounds around me other then us along with the knowledge anyone outside my door could easily hear the two of us.
“Thats it…Good girl…Just you and me…Fuck yes…louder…let it go baby…come for me…yes….mmmm”
Maybe whisper was the wrong word for it, maybe growled into my ear. Though I know everything he said was for me only and nobody but me heard him until he moaned as his own orgasm pulsed out right behind mine. His lips found their way back to mine as our bodies started to come back down. The sounds from around us bleeding back into my subconscious and to my surprise, my sister was no longer pounding on my door. Oh, I could still hear her, but she sounded farther away, and she was yelling at someone. I couldn’t fully make out what she was yelling about. Sighing, I tried to ignore her again, but it was hard, and I know I will have to deal with her sooner rather than later. She wasn’t going to go away if I didn’t, and I wasn’t running away from her again. I kind of liked it here.
Slipping out of me slowly, Goose adjusted himself so he was lying next to me and not on me. He kept himself held up with one arm so he was able to look down at me, his one hand no longer holding my face in position, so I had to look at him. Instead, he rested that hand on my chest between my breasts as he watched me. I know he was waiting for my explanation of my sister, but the thought of telling him now had me shying away. Insecure thoughts fill my head with what-ifs, like what if he changes his mind after I tell him, and he doesn’t want to be in a relationship with me? What if he only told me he was willing to be in a relationship with me to hear the story, and then he would leave me after? What if he decided to be with her instead of me? What if…?
Sighing again, I forced all the thoughts from my head. Lifting my eyes, I made myself look him in the eyes. I could ask what-if questions all day long and never know the answers unless I leaped feet first. I took a chance with a group of strangers on a day that was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I have started my life over, living for myself and working to learn something new so I can stand on my own. I chose to be in a complicated relationship with a man I had s*x with only hours after having met him. I may know him better now, but I still can’t say either of us really truly knows each other, and the only way to fix that is to do more than have amazing s*x.
“Brooklyn and I are exactly twelve months apart. Our mom got pregnant with her not too long after having me. The two of us grew up inseparable. She was my best friend. We shared everything, including my ex, apparently. I didn’t know until after Ray asked me to marry him, and we planned for over a year. Making sure everything was perfect. Brooklyn was right there, helping to make sure Ray’s mom didn’t railroad me into something I didn’t like, and everything was how I wanted it. Ray was paying for everything except my dress. I used a good amount of the money from my inheritance to buy my dream dress. The day of our wedding arrived, and I thought everything was perfect. Ray paid for my bridesmaids, Brooklyn, and me to get pampered that morning before getting our makeup and hair done. It was like a dream come true. Until Ray texted me something meant for Brooklyn instead.”
Goose was silent. His jaw was clenched, and the look in his eyes was almost as if he wanted to kill someone. But he didn’t say anything as I paused and took a deep breath before going on.
“Once Brooklyn and Ray realized the mistake, Brooklyn tried to explain then. But I didn’t listen and left. I kicked everyone out of the room we were in, got dressed, grabbed my purse, and left. Several people, including Ray and Brooklyn, tried to stop me, but I ignored them, left the hotel, walked down the street to a gas station, and walked right up to a small group of guys from The Spiked Eagles. Everyone in town always talks about how you should stay clear of them; they are dangerous. And what I did was probably one of the stupidest things I have ever done, but the guys were all nice and let me ride with them until they got into town here.”
