Ellie let out a sigh, but Darren stepped in front of my view, which made me look up at him. His face was full of emotion, but it was hard to tell what.
Anger starts to erupt inside me. This is a go-to for him. He pretends to be thinking about nothing, but he lashes out at me, blaming me for the treatment of everything. When he thinks like that, it pisses me off since he was one of us who did the most damage to Mia, with Lee and Sara following him and Chloe.
