Ren sat there on the floor with her until she fell asleep from exhaustion.
He picked her up and returned her to bed. He laid her down softly, making sure that he didn’t wake her up.
“You’re strong, you just need to fight,” he whispered pulling her into his arms.
They slept through the night, and when Ren woke up she was still asleep.
He carefully got out of bed, making sure that he didn’t disturb her.
He took a quick shower and got dressed. Once he was done he made his way downstairs to his office. He called Okafu’s mother and asked for her therapist’s number. He called Dr Mata immediately after hanging up with Okafu ‘s mother.
The woman was shocked to receive a call from him.
He explained his call, and she agreed to come to his house as soon as possible.
