Lina drove her to Dr Mata’s office.
Even though Okafu didn’t want to see her today, but she knew in her state she needed to see her so that she could get her emotions under control.
She didn’t like the feeling that her life was slipping out of her grasp…it felt too much like she was losing her mind all over again.
Lina dropped her off. Okafu was glad, because she really didn’t want her to stay. This part of her life, she liked to keep to herself.
She didn’t like people knowing that she was broken somehow.
She walked into Dr Mata’s office, and waited in the reception area for her appointment. She looked around the office. The warm colours on the walls and paintings helped calm her like they always did.
