Hunting for someone that isn’t known is like looking for a needle in a haystack, impossible.
My father insists that Rodrick Sharman is a dangerous man who stole important information from the castle, and the vague description I got isn’t any better to find them.
‘I still think this is a fool’s errand.’ Atticus growls. I highly doubt that father would do that. He doesn’t like his time wasted, but then again, this is my time wasted.
I’ve been on the look for two days, and when I got word from Millard that Caroline needed me, I stopped. I’m at the edge of town, heading toward the tavern Millard and I used to hang out in.
The owner owes me a favor or two for letting him off with warnings, and I’m going to collect a favor today of clearing them out for a while.
