I took a deep breath, standing still outside of my bedroom door, with all of my toiletries and dirty clothes clutched tightly in my arms, doing my best to build up some courage before I walked in, before I would have to face him again. I doubted that I had the strength that it required to face him so soon, especially since I had just gotten out of a shower that had relaxed me more than I had been able to relax this entire day.
