Damian’s Point of View Carolyn stared back at me, those big blue eyes wavering in confidence under my gaze. I knew I should back off, for whatever reason Carolyn seemed to be avoiding having this conversation with me. Truthfully if it were anyone else, I probably would have already backed off by now, but with her, for some reason, I couldn’t let my guard down.
