It felt like I was in a fog. My surroundings were dull and hazy, almost like I was in a dream state. The light was slightly blinding, yet soft. My eyes slowly adjust as I take in the room I was now in. The walls were dark showing no signs of any doors or windows. There were curtains flowing from down from the ceiling in every direction as if trying to surround me a colorful cocoon.
I was lying on something soft and plush. My body sinking into a fluffy cotton ball. It was a strange feeling and yet I felt so comfortable being here. I slightly move and realize I’m lying on a bed covered in red satin sheets.
