Madeline POV At quarter to eleven, Logan brought out the enchanted book of 'The History of the Council'. He placed it on a stand near the firepit, signalling to all the nominees to create a circle around the enchanting flames that pirouetted in the air, giving everyone their brightest performance. I stood nervously with Alina to my left and one of the Goblin nominees to my right. Logan joined the circle last positioning himself between Alina and a Fae.
