I woke to a loud bang and cursing for somewhere in my room.
“Dale? “ I asked as I flicked the bedside lamp on.
“sorry baby didn’t mean to wake you. I stubbed my toe. I need to head to this meeting. Go back to sleep baby.” He mumbled as he put his shoes on. He stood up fixing his jacket and checking his pockets. “I will call you later ok, I love you” he says as he reached over the bed and kissed my forehead.
“Love you too.” I say as I roll over switch the light back off and curl up waiting to fall back asleep.
I must have fallen back asleep as I was soon woken with my alarm going off. I managed to get up showered and get dressed before Abi woke, screaming the place down. Once I got her washed and changed, she never can eat straight away in the morning and loves having a wee wash to h
