Waeland and I headed to my house after deciding on checking up on my dad and catching up on our homework together since we have half of our classes together. I wanted to walk home, but since Waeland took his car, he made me ride with him and he wasn't going to walk and leave his car at school.
I told Waeland to wait in the car for a moment while I checked in on my dad before I let him in. I definitely didn't want Waeland to see my dad a drunken mess sprawled out on the floor or wobbling around, unable to stay steady on his own two feet.
