[Mason]
I laid in bed with Jade and I watched her settle into a deep sleep, she cried in my arms for a while, she was shaking for a while and she held onto my shirt for a while too until she fell asleep.
My heart ached to see my mate crying and I felt so helpless because there was nothing I could do, she was fighting an internal war and there was nothing I could do to help her.
Fear gripped my heart when I remembered hearing her screams from the garden, I rushed out immediately followed by the rest of the family but when she saw us, she screamed and bolted away from us, there was no recognition in her eyes and for a second there, I felt like I had lost her to herself.
She ran until she got to the middle of the garden then she bent down and began screaming like she was falling into a hole, she began to beg us not to hurt her and my claws cut deep into my palm.
I would never hurt her and it hurt me that she was running away from me and terrified of me.
Too soon, I recollected the dream she told me she was having and I put the two pieces of the puzzle together, she was having an episode, she was reliving her dreams in daylight.
Her face was filled with tears running down her cheeks and makeup smudges, I did not even realize that she was wearing makeup this morning.
My heart hurt and I began to feel her pain, she was my mate, and anything that hurt her would directly or indirectly hurt me.
I still remembered the first episode she had when we were still in high school and I had dinner at her house. She fainted then but now she just looked terrified and out of her mind.
Since she was reliving a dream, I figured waking her up would stop it so I bent down to her lever and I gathered her into my arms.
She kept fighting me and struggling to get away but after a while, when I told her who I was and shook her in an attempt to wake her up, she looked at me with recognition and called my name.
She was still crying but I felt relieved that she was okay.
"How is she?" Sirius mind linked me.
"She's fine, just sleeping," I told him.
"Take care of her." He said and then stopped talking.
I knew her mother and brother would be worried sick about her, her mother had worried about such a thing happening and that was why she had been forcing Jade to go to therapy.
I felt guilty because it was my fault that she was found through this, I exposed her to all the bloodshed and violence not thinking once that her mind might not be able to handle it.
All the thinking was making me tired so I lay down beside her and dozed off.

[Jade]
When I woke up, I opened one eye slowly to confirm my location and when I saw the light, I opened my other eye.
Mason was still lying down beside me but he was already awake and might have been for a while now.
"How long was I out?" I asked him.
"Hmm, about nineteen hours." He said and I gasped.
"We're already in the next day," I said in shock and he nodded.
"You didn't leave my side?" I asked him, suppressing the blush that threatened to creep up my cheeks.
"I didn't leave your side." He told me and I smiled.
"How are you feeling now Jade, tell me the truth, did you sleep well?"
"Yes, I promise, I haven't slept in days but I really slept," I told him truthfully.
It was the first time in a long while that I slept without any interruptions, I did even have the recurring dream, maybe what happened yesterday had broken the cycle.
"Do you feel well enough to go out?" He asked.
Going out terrified me a bit but I knew that I would eventually have to face my fears.
"Yes, I'm going to see my therapist later today," I told him and he smiled.
"I missed you." He pulled me closer and kissed me deeply.
I kissed him back and then straddled him, his hands grabbed my hips and I started grinding on his morning wood.
"D*mn, Jade." He hissed, he lifted me off him abruptly, and then stared at the door.
"Come in." He said and used a blanket to cover his arousal.
"How did you—"
"I can hear their heartbeats." He replied.
The door opened and my mother, Jay, Liya, Sirius, and Nana came in.
Nana was carrying a tray of food.
"Jade, how are you doing? Do you feel okay? Is there anything we can do for you? We brought you some food." They blurted out not waiting for one person to speak before the other.
"Calm down everyone, I'm sorry for scaring you yesterday and making you so worried, I'm fine now, I promise, I was just tired because I hadn't slept in a long while but I slept last night, without any interruptions," I told them.
"Drink some tea, too much caffeine makes you see devils," Nana said and gave me a cup of sweet-smelling tea.
"Thank you, Nana." I smiled at her and took a sip out of the tea.
Taking the breakfast tray from her hand, I settled properly into bed and began to eat. I was really hungry.
"I have to go, Luna, take care of yourself," Nana said and exited the room.
"I'm fine really," I told them when they kept staring at me strangely.
"Baby, I know that you don't—"
"Don't worry mom." I interrupted her. "I'm going for therapy and I won't miss it from now on," I told her.

Mason wouldn't let me out of his sight all day so when I had to go for therapy, he assigned a guard to drive me to and from therapy.
I got in the car, waved him goodbye and the car started heading for the therapist's office.
Halfway through the drive there, my vision began to blur and my palms began to get sweaty.
"Is it hot in here?" I asked the driver from the back seat.
"Sorry Luna, I'll just increase the air conditioner." He replied.
I saw him press the button but I did not feel any cooler, in fact, I began to sweat profusely, and then I began to hyperventilate, and then I began to feel a bit lightheaded and dizzy.
"Open the windows," I yelled at the driver and he rolled down the windows immediately.
I stuck my head outside and that was when I realized that everywhere had turned dark again.
"No, not again, not please, drive faster," I screamed at the driver.
"Luna, Luna, are you okay?" He asked in concern.
"Just drive," I screamed at him.
He wasn't convinced and so he turned back to look at me and that was when I saw that he was me.
The driver was clad in a dark robe and he had my face.
"Stop the car, let me out, let me out," I screamed at myself.
The wind began to blow heavily and lightning flashed across the sky accompanied by a loud crash of thunder.
Oh no, I was reliving my dreams once again.
"Help me." I stretched my hands out as my vision began to darken and my eyes closed to the world.

"What did she say is going on?" I asked Dinai.
"She said she has been contacted by the wolf's witch, mother." She said,
"And what does she hope to accomplish?" I asked, irritated. "I already told you that I was going to handle this myself, all of you are just a bunch of incompetent twats."
"She's hoping to mess with her mind," Dinai answered.
"Mess with her mind, how well did that work for you?" I asked, sneering at her.
Her left arm had practically rotten and was smelling terrible, she had to wrap it in linen sheets and spray it with flower potion twice a day to prevent it from smelling like a graveyard and to give her flesh a chance to grow back.
"I don't care about what she does, what I will not be liable for is whatever happens to her, those wolves will pay for all they've done to us with something more precious to them than their little Luna," I said and laughed evilly.
