[Jay]
"Stop stressing, like I told you everything is ready," Jade assured me as we walked out of the building into the gardens.
"And you're sure she won't spot you or mom until it's time?" I asked her.
"One hundred percent, she might have super vision but even that has its limitations, she can't see through the fog and I created a fog around your table, I'll lift it once you give the signal." She assured me.
"Wow, this is amazing, you're amazing Jade." I thanked her when we entered the garden.
It was transformed.
The garden was lit up with different lights and it smelled heavenly. There were three tables arranged but the one in the middle was the most decorated, I figured it was my table.
Soft music filled the air as I approached my table to wait for my beloved and I smiled at Jade, she had really outdone herself.
The garden looked like a fairytale come alive.
I spotted mom, Sirius, and Mason just before I reached my table.
"Jay, I'm so proud of you." My mother was trying hard not to cry and she gave me a big hug.
"You've earned my niece." Sirius tapped me and the shoulder.
"I can only hope to follow in your footsteps." Mason smiled at me and pulled me in for a hug.
"Yeah, don't waste any more time," I said into his ear.
"Thank you all very much." I thanked them and made my way to my seat.
When I sat down, the whole garden turned dark, my seat was instantly surrounded by the fog and I knew that Liya was already on her way.
Her heels clicking on the ground were the first indication of her arrival I heard because everywhere was still dark.
Suddenly, the garden lights came up and I saw her walking slowly towards me, she was gasping in surprise and trying hard not to cry.
She looked absolutely beautiful, the dress she wore shimmered as she walked and it reflected the light in the garden, she looked completely ethereal.
She was glowing.
I couldn't keep sitting so I stood up and met up with her halfway, I plucked a rose from one of the bushes and handed it over to her.
"You look absolutely divine, you take my breath away," I told her, wrapping my hands around her waist and pulling her closer to me.
"Thank you, you do too.* She smiled at me and her cheeks reddened.
"Come, let's have dinner." I refrained myself from kissing her and I led her to our table, hand on her waist.
I clapped my hands twice when we took our seats and the band started playing slow melodious music.
A waiter also came and brought us a bottle of champagne.
Today was worth celebrating, I watched her face when the waiter started pouring the champagne into her glass and she looked panicked.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
"I'm not in the mood for wine, I'll have just water or juice please." She told the waiter as he left.
"I'm having stomach troubles." She smiled at me shyly.
She didn't want wine, I didn't think too much of it and we started eating when the waiter came back with the main course.
We started talking about other things and she started to relax, the waiter cleared our plates after the meal and my hands started to sweat, it was time.
"I have something to tell you, Jay, I'm—" She looked close to tears.
My heart pounded in my chest and I wondered what bad news she wanted to give me.
"I've been meaning to ask you something." I cut her off immediately, I didn't want to hear anything that could ruin this moment.
She looked at me in expectation as I stood up from my chair and stretched my hand towards her.
She took my hand and I pulled her up.
"I have loved you from the first day I set my eyes on you, while it might have first been due to the mate bond between us, I've grown to love you more and I would wish to spend the rest of my life with no one else." I knelt before her slowly and opened the box in front of her.
"Would you do me the honor of being my wife, Mrs. Forrester?" I smiled at her.
"Mrs. Forrester." She looked shocked. "Oh Jay, you never cease to surprise me."
"Is that a yes?" I asked her, getting up.
"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes." She said excitedly and hugged me.
"Wait, wait, wait, you need to wear the ring first." I laughed and slipped it into her finger.
At that point, the fog cleared and everyone started clapping around us.
Liya looked around in surprise and she started crying happily.
"I love you so much." She told me and pressed her lips to mine.
After kissing everyone came and gave us lots of hugs, the pack even came out to congratulate us, it was very funny considering the fact that they didn't really understand the need to have a wedding.
"Thank you very much, everyone." We thanked them.
"Dance with me," I told Liya and she placed her hands on mine. Mason, Jade, Sirius, and my mother joined us on the dance floor.
The people watched us for a while and then they began to retire to their quarters one after the other, very soon only I and Liya were left dancing.
"You wanted to tell me something?" I asked her now that I was sure she wanted to marry me, I could take whatever news she had to give.
"I'm pregnant." She told me and I spun her around.
"You're pregnant, we're going to be parents, I'm going to be a father, oh my goodness." I was lost for words.
"You're glad about that, I know we've never talked about having children and I was worried but I want you to know that—"
"I'm happy, I'm very happy, I just asked you to marry me, why would you think I wouldn't want to have children now?" I asked her.
"On my, Jay, we're having a child or children." She started kissing my face all over.
I was very happy and then I became worried, I had no idea what to do now that she was pregnant, shouldn't she already be in bed right now?
"I'm sorry, are you tired?" I asked her and before she responded I picked her up from the floor and carried her bridal style.
"I'm pregnant, not an invalid." She laughed.
"I don't know what to do now," I confessed.
"Me too, but don't worry, we'll learn together." She said and she tried to get down from my arms.
"Yes, but you've been on your feet for too long, I'm carrying you inside so stay still," I told her.
She was pregnant, no wonder she refused the champagne.
"Have you gone to see the doctor yet, have you gotten an ultrasound?" I asked her.
"I found out this morning, I'd been feeling very sick and Nana suggested it then I went to see the doctor and after some tests, he confirmed it, he wanted to do an ultrasound but I was so shocked I bolted out of there immediately, I don't even know how far gone I am." She laughed.
"We'll go together tomorrow." I pecked her on the forehead and carried her inside.

[Mason]
Jay asked Liya to marry him, honestly when Jade told me about his plan I didn't know what to think of it.
The only thing wolves did that was remotely close to a wedding was a mating ceremony and it was mostly done by the Alpha and his mate.
I was happy that they were both happy about it though, at least she was going to become Mrs. Forrester now.
Another thing, wolves don't really bother with last names.
Jade was so happy she'd been smiling since we left the couple at the garden dancing, completely oblivious to their surroundings
Right now, I was sitting on the bed watching her apply her night skincare, she looked so tempting in her little nightdress and I wanted to replace her hands caressing her body.
"Do you think they're still outside?" She asked me when she noticed that I was staring at her.
"What?" I asked, I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying.
"I asked if you think they're still outside." She repeated her question.
"Oh, I don't know, but we can find out," I replied smugly.
"Yeah," she stood up and rushed to my side. "Let's go to the balcony." She said pulling me up.
"Fine." I stood up and went with her.
She immediately looked down and she smiled when she saw that they were still there.
I moved behind her and wrapped my hands around her waist.
"Do you also want to get married?" I asked her, nibbling softly on her earlobe.
"Oh, no, we've already had like two ceremonies haven't we?"
"Yes, and we'll have a third when you give birth to our first pup, he or she will be the next Alpha," I told her.
I tightened my hand around her waist and I imagined her round with my seed in her.
"You just want to see me fat." She smiled and removed my hand from her waist. "Look, he's carrying her bridal style, they look so happy, I'm happy that they're so happy, don't they—"
I picked her up and carried her bridal style before she finished her sentence. He might be her brother but the praise he was getting from her was getting too much for my wolf's ego to handle.
"What were you saying about bridal style, mate?" Adrien asked her as he lowered her on the bed.
"Maybe we should get started on making pups." I kissed her neck taking control from Adrien.
